Free to a Good Home: My Audiobooks

As I’ve mentioned a couple of times in the past, I’ve been on a mission to create audio versions of all my titles. At the moment, I’m fairly caught up: my last two releases, Isolation and Ignotus, are both currently scheduled to get the audio treatment in the near future.

As many of you know, I create my audiobooks through ACX (Audiobook Creation Exchange).  After completion, ACX gives authors promo codes that we can use to give away free copies of our audio titles on Audible. At the moment, I have an abundance of codes for my titles (albeit mostly for the Audible UK store). Generally, I offer them to any interested listeners, so – in that same spirit – if anyone is interested, you can click here and grab a code for a free copy.

There are sixteen audio titles, so it’s quite a nice selection to choose from, if I do say so myself.  (And for those who haven’t tried audiobooks yet, you can get a 30-day free trial of Audible – along with a free copy of any one of my audio titles – by clicking on the desired audiobook here.)

In terms of writing, the next Kid Sensation book (working title: Conjuration) is coming along well.  After that one’s done, the next title is sure to be Warden #4; I’ve just been putting that series off for way too long and really need to get back to it.  (Plus, I’ve had a number of readers ask me about it lately.)

Beyond that, there are a lot of ideas running through my head. I’ve posted excerpts before from other series that I’ve been working on, so I may turn my hand to those, but the only thing for certain is that I’m trying to publish at least three Kid Sensation novels in 2020, so Book 10 in that series is high on the list. Hopefully, with some prayer and luck, I can get all that (and more) cranked out in a reasonable amount of time.

In closing, let me just say that we are obviously living in unprecedented times, but I hope that everyone is doing well and keeping safe.

  1. Hi I’m a big fan of your books especially the audiobook versions of the kid sensation series. Do you have an update on when isolation will be available as an audiobook? Really love the series, keep up the good work.

    1. First, thanks so much for being a fan and for the compliments. As to the audio version of Isolation, my narrator finished it yesterday. I plan to listen to the files this weekend and then powwow with him on any suggested changes. His turnaround time in that regard is usually pretty fast, and after that it’s a matter of how quickly ACX (one of Amazon’s many companies) does their quality check and releases it. I’ve been fortunate in that they usually release my titles swiftly, so I’m hoping it will be available by the end of the month (if not sooner).
