Glimmerblade and Amped Sale

Previously, I began publishing my dark fantasy story Glimmerblade on Kindle Vella. After Vella went the way of the dodo, I decided I’d just post the story publicly.

With that in mind, it’s now available here on my website. However, I’ve decided to keep the serial format. To that end, I’m posting the first ten chapters immediately. Thereafter, I anticipate posting a new chapter every week.

Just to be clear, this doesn’t mean that Glimmerblade has become my number one priority. I’m still focused on Kid Sensation #10 (working title: Expiation) and trying to get it out as soon as possible.

However, as I’ve noted before, I tend to work on other things whenever I take a break from my current WIP. That being the case, I feel that I can advance the ball with respect to Glimmerblade without hobbling anything else.

Much like the excerpts I occasionally post, I should add that the usual caveats apply here. (That is, the story hasn’t been professionally edited, proofed, etc.) When it’s complete, I’ll probably go through the process of publishing it on Amazon.

For now, though, it’s here simply for the pleasure of my readers (and I hope those that check it out enjoy it).

In other news, the Kid Sensation spin-off Amped is currently on sale for $0.99. I believe this is the first time this particular title has been discounted, so it’s a great opportuity to grab a copy if you don’t already have it.

Speaking of spin-offs, there are still a couple in the works (including stories centered on Vixen and Feral). But needless to say, those are behind Kid Sensation #10 and the next Warden book in the queue (and possibly KS #11).

As I’ve said before, I tend to write the book that’s making the most noise in my head. So, unless something drastic happens, I don’t expect the spin-offs to jump anybody in line. (That said, I do have Alpha Prime and his brother Megaton in a team-up that I occasionally get excited about because of all the possibilities the storyline presents.)

Anyway, that’s all for now. Thanks, as always, for your support.
